Proctor Memorial Park
April 23, 2008
Maribeth Alspach opened the meeting at 7:00 p.m. and welcomed all members to the meeting. We had fourteen people in attendance. Steve Beauprez and Greg Baker for the Whiteland VFW were in attendance for the first time.
Revenue to date is $63,677.67.
Memorial Brick Order Request
Maribeth asks the committee about a request she has received from Mayor Paris’s office in Franklin. The City would like to order a paver in Memory of all Franklin Veterans. Committee advises that would be more appropriate for a Memory Stone or a bench but not a paver. Maribeth will notify Zach Burton in Mayor Paris’s office.
Joe’s Crab Shack
Beth Burroughs states Corporate is the problem in us not receiving our proceeds. The Greenwood Store has submitted the documentation and payment request 3 times.
